Kurumbera Fort is pure architecture
Kurumbera Fort is located in a town named Gaganeshwar. Through the Public Expressway to Keshiary, Gaganeshwar is at around 27 km from Kharagpur, turn left towards Belda and arrive at a town intersection called Kukai, at around 2 km from Keshiari. Go to one side of a “Kutcha” (Mud) street; Gaganeshwar town lies around 2km from Kukai. The post contains three dom structures over a stage alongside a sanctuary/mosque. The design was made according to the Odisha temple type. An engraving composed on it looks like Oriya. A few men say it was made at the request of Muslim troopers. Thus, it resembled a mosque. The long verandah made by khilan of laterite stone is a beautiful piece of design.

Karnagarh is a must tour
It is one of the well-known sanctuaries habitually visited by the local people of Karnagarh. The Chapaleswar and Mahamaya temples at Karnagarh worked in the typical Odisha compositional style of sanctuary engineering, found almost 10 km north of Midnapore town, and are two of the most well-known temples. 12 km toward the north of the town through Bhadutala is Karnagarh. The Dandeshwar Temple stands 60 ft high and 20.6 ft long. Rather than a god, this sanctuary has an 8 ft pit called a Jonipith. The Mahamaya temple is dedicated to the Mother Goddess found on just one side of the Dandeshwar Temple. The god of the regal family, Mahamaya, is as yet venerated in Rarh Bengal. Behind the Mahamaya sanctuary is the heavenly Shiva Kunda.
